Laptop repair taking more than a month!
On 14 March 2015, I took my Laptop that I bought from Dion Wired (same branch) back.<br> It was not working. They said it was a broken hard drive.<br> <br> They said that it will take 2-3 weeks to repair. Every time they speak to me, I get a new timeline.<br> This is really frustrating, especially since a hard drive replacement is a couple of hours worth of work.<br> <br> Please can this be sorted ASAP.<br> <br>
