JBL Flip 3
I bought myself an JBL Flip3 in December 2015. During the holidays the power connector got damaged and not I am not blaming anyone for the damage. I took the device in to see if the store will help me repair the broken power connector. They gave me 2 options.

1. Buy a new one (these things are expensive, dont want a new one, want mine repaired)
2. Buy a refurbished one. Why do I want one that has been repaired? I just want mine repaired.

So now I am sitting with a R2000 portable speaker and cant do anything with it and the store says they cant do anything to help me. Dont mind if they told me it cost X amount to get it repaired and gave me the option. Apparently the guy fixin the devices are not willing to fix min, but are willing to sell me a refurbished one. Sounds like someone is trying to make an extra couple of rands. Sell me a refurbished one, fix my broken on and then sell it to the next person.

The unit is a sealed unit and can't be repaired. The supplier offered you a new unit @ R700. You decided not to take this offer up at this time.
