Its not the installation...

So 28 Dec 2015 Vusi from SOS audiovisual came out to do the installation for our new explora it kept switching on and off and don't record anything. Thinking it is the decoder we took it back to Dion wired and got a new one, so this decoder did exactly the same. We phoned multichoice and they said it must be installation as 2 decoders cant do the same thing. We phoned the installation company, vusi wasnt available so patrick came, patrick came the 1st time and looked and said its the decoder even tho i did not agree he was not taking any of it from me...so i phoned the manager and told her about the problem, rudest lady i have ever come across dont let me even finish my sentences...so patrick came back about 3 times after that insisting now he changed the LMB and cables but we have no proof of the LMB being changed. And insisting it is the decoder. Took the decoder back to multi choice this time and was working in the shop, low and behold sitting with the same problem, decoder switching off by itself, can't watch any HD channels and can't record anything!!! I wont suggest buying the installation package from DIONWIRED to ANYONE!!! I am absolutely discussed by the so called service.
