Incorrect information from salesman

I bought a Nespresso Lattissimo machine from your store ,I asked about glassware for a cappuccino and expresso ,you reccomended Delongi specifically which you said was purpose built for the Nespresso machines ,this is incorrect as the factory settings on the machine pour in both glasses a 1/4 full ,I have wasted R 330.00 on these glasses ,I have thrown away the cash slip and packaging only to realise a day later that these are totally inadequate,your salesman misinformed me totally the Nespresso store sells the correct glass size .<br> <br> Totally misinformed <br> Raymond Donaldson
