Incomplete Delivery After 11 days!!!

I have been getting pathetic service from Dion Wired Online, their support center is non existent and they keep on promising to get back to you on facebook. I eventually got a partial delivery, why? Where are the other items???? You don't even stipulate that I am yet to receive these items? I went online and see that these 2 items that have not yet been delivered doesn't have a status of "Shipped", to me it looks like you have ****** me of 2 games.

I want feedback asap and when can I expect my 2 games!! I am seriously considering getting some legal counsel regarding the service and would like to know what the CPA says about this.

My order number is # ********** 80. Do something about this ASAP!!
