<p>I've been waiting to get an advertised promo for almost three hours now,still waiting!!!!</p> <p>Firstly the promo code wasn't loaded on the system, no email sent with codes.That took more than an hour to fix,back and forth calls while I was standing. Relevant people were either off or not contactable completely.</p> <p>Finally the promo code was emailed. Now I'm waiting to pay for almost an hour again!!!</p> <p>Their tellers are not loaded with this promo. Again back and forth calls,no one taking responsibility and accountability!!!!!</p> <p>AGAIN WAITING!!!!! Apparently some guy called Rochelle didn't load or do his job correctly.</p>
