******* listing of a customer on itc

I pulled up my credit record this morning and I noticed that DionWired listed me on ITC for nonpayment, I then went to the store to enquire because I didn’t understand why I had been listed when I paid the full amount stipulated on the monthly statement, one of the sales people at the store put me on the line with headoffice and the call center agent confirmed that the amount I paid in and the amount on the statement matched, however the person responsible for sending the statement made an error by sending an incorrect amount which Had a short fall of R15.00 and because of that DionWired listed me on ITC as owing. I don’t understand because no correspondence was made regarding this R15.00 (Fifteen Rand). I then paid in the R15 and asked the call center agent to rectify the listing as it was not my fault that the statement reflected the wrong amount to be paid, the agent told me that this can only be rectified in 48 hours and I was not happy with that and I asked to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold for quite sometime only to tell me that she’s busy with another query and that she will contact me as soon as she is done , I then called 30min later and a different agent answered and told me her supervisor (Abigail George) is in a “general meeting” how convenient . Dion listed me for R15 I knew nothing about and in turn has negatively affected my credit score and applications.
