Idiots!

I bought a mixer for my wife at Dion wired Cresta, after using it twice the gears packed up! As I live in Polokwane I tried to return the Kenwood mixer at the Polokwane branch! I still have the box for the mixer The only thing is I lost the slip... Buy I ask you in this day and age with all the technology can't they just scan the damn barcode and get all the information they need! <br> The manager just refuses to even go to any trouble to sort out my problem!!!!<br> Oh and if you are wondering I am still the owner of a brand new BROKEN KENWOOD MIXER!!!! <br>
