HUGE LOSS FOR Mass Mart !

How sad to hear that Dion Wired stores are closing - and what a loss for Mass Mart !! A lady called Jameelah ( Tyger Valley mall , Dion wired) assisted me late last year with a rarher large purchase of appliances , I received EXCELLENT service from her !! I hope they can use her elsewhere , especially after there was a problem with the delivery of my purchase , and the one item had to be returned , she was so professional and cool and calm , even altough I was a very disgruntled customer , and did not make it easy for her ! She organised everything , kept me up to date and even send me a gift !! I undertook to buy everything in future from her ! She kept on sending me messages of their specials , and even sent me a sms last night , explaining that they are closing , but reminded of my warranties etc. I hope she let's me know where she ends up , as I will buy from her again ! She will be a BIG asset to any company , especially in a Customer Service position . As we say in Afrikaans "Jy skop nie sommer sulke mense agter elke bos uit nie !"
