HP- HOPELESS PRODUCT!!!

I bought an HP laptop at Dion Wired's Claremont branch in July 2015. It gave me intermittent problems after the first few months, starting with it being unable to charge and going as far as black-screening without warning. The first visit to Dion Wired resulted in me being turned away because the staff were unable to assist me until January 2016. They accepted it on the second try, and managed to fix some of my issues. However, the black screening persisted, resulting in lost work, and random lost audio feed. This is not mentioning the frozen screens and the frozen touch pad. I recorded some of these issues and showed it to them, but they returned the laptop after a few weeks stating that there was nothing wrong! One of the technicians assured me that Windows 10 would fix some of the problems (that they claimed were non-existent) and gave it to me. When my problems did not magically solve themselves (or blink out of existence like the specialists seemed to think they did), I returned again to Dion Wired and was told that the problem was Windows 10 that was only installed after my problems surfaced, which is to say the beginning of time. And no, this was not my last visit. Problems, like bunnies, only multiply when left to their own devices. My most recent visit culminated in my intelligence being insulted and one of the technicians sneeringly telling me that Windows 10 was the worst thing I could have done to my laptop. If only I had received professional advice to the contrary, or "called ahead" so that the problems they will STILL not admit to, "could be solved telephonically". It amazes me that any human being can think that I would willingly submit myself to this constant back-and-forth to mediocre/terrible customer service if my problems were that easy to solve. Then again, they don't exist. The worst part of my five trips to hell? I worked two low-paying jobs and saved for over a year to afford to buy this laptop. It's my first and I have been teaching myself, with help from others, how to use it. I can't even account for the amount of time I poured into learning how to care for it before even opening the box, so afraid was I of messing it up. Not only has this laptop failed to live up to the quality the Dion Wired salesperson promised, but it has taken many of my treasured photos, videos and important documents for work. I am still told there is nothing wrong with my laptop. How much longer do I have to endure this belittlement and aggravation? One thing is for sure: Dion Wired is not for those who care to dream.
