Horrific service

I waked into Dion Wired in Cradlestone mall looking for a laptop. I was not greeted nor helped in any way by the numerous staff on the floor. One of the staff members was playing solitaire on the display laptops next to me and the others were grouped around busy on their cellphones. There is an item I'm interested in on the black Friday deals however I will instead buy the device at a higher price at Incredible Connection next door, where i was greeted by the friendly security amd helped immediately by the staff who looked busy but quickly droed wht the were doing to assist me. This is not the first time I've had bad service at that store and i won't be visiting again.
