Horrible service from Dion Wired Bay West
<p>I bought a Samsung sounbar from Dion Wired Bay West. The product became faulty and they refused to refund me. They insisted that the prduct be repaired, and only after 3 attempts if the product still does not work they will consider a refund. This is completely unacceptable. The product has now been at their premisis longer than I had it in my home. Pathetic service!</p>
