Horrible Service

<p>On the 21st of December i bought a DSTV explora at the Dion Wired at Mall of Africa - when i purchased the explora i enquired with the ladies wearing dstv tshirts about the different packages and payments of the packages. They said they could get someone to conncent the dstv for me i told them i will not connect it the dstv now as i was fliying out to Cape Town the same night. The ladies advised me to call dstv when im back and connect my services with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I came back from holiday in January i called in at DSTV - i was advised that my services were already connected and I am liable to pay R500. DSTV promised to investigate this issue for me- i followed up with them and a Manager told me he will get the lady who connected the services for me to call.</p> <p> </p> <p>A very rude and unmannered lady called and never gave me a chance to speak, when i told her what i said she laughed and said she understand that its January and I am probably broke and now i am lying- at this point I was very upset I asked to speak to her manager just said she does not have a manager and there are no managers on the floor.</p> <p> </p> <p>This behaviour is unnaceptable - I am sitting with a high bill from DSTV and no one is helping me i will seek legal advise and sick proffesional represenation on this matter if I dont get any assistance. </p>
