Horrible horrible service

I bought fridge and washing machine on 23/11 in store century City and scheduled a delivery for 01/12 and I haven’t received my delivery till today.. when I call for follow up am being told to drop they’ll get someone to call me back of which they never do or they drop my calls, I’ve sent email and still no action. My food is getting spoiled, if am not gonna received my stuff give me back my money am tired of begging you. I regret buying in your store, you were not the only shop with special on the items I bought.
