Horrible after sale service

I bought a device which turned out to be faulty. When I phoned to hear what I should do, the phone was pit down in my ear 3 times before I finally got an answer. When they finally answered, I was referred to a different number who dis not answer either. Tried phoning the store again and after multiple attempts I finally got through. I got asked to email my details to them and still haven't heard anything. Poor poor service!
