greedy Dionwire massmart changing my debit order without my consent

8 October 2018 i called Dionwired after they debited on the day i didnt agree on ref: ********** 2799 and i called again asking them to change my debit order to the last day of the month, because Bank charge me for not honouring my debit order, again on the 31 Dec 2018 i called again asking them why did they debit on the day we didnt agree and that the bank charge me R146 for that i ask them to credit that and the lady said they doing to call me on 7 Jan 2019 no one called i then ref: ********** 02816 i then called ysday and spoke to a coloured male i didnt get his name he was rude and unapologetic that they send me an sms its not they problem and i must pay of which i dont have a problem but my problem is the bank charge me R146 for the Dionwired changing my debit order without my consent. I owe dionwire R2000 something after paying it its over for me and this greedy ppl i wish lot of ppl can followe suite.
