great service, professional and great people s****s

I wrote a review on the service that I received from DION WIRED which was terrible but this morning I spoke to Benjy, who was very professional and keen to reach a point where we could both agree and we did. He was attentive and made sure I was finally heard. At the end of our lengthy conversation, we had reached a solution and we will be meeting to finalize our conversation and solution. It is a relief that the matter will be resolved and that great service still exists.
