Great service from Jameelah from Dion Wired Tygervalley

I purchased an aircon via the store for delivery to my home, They delivered the incorrect product. I called and Jameelah the original sales person arranged another unit. It took a while as the unit had to be ordered from LG. Jameelah kept me informed the whole way through the process. Really that is all we as consumers ask for, mistakes happen but take responsibility, follow through and most importantly communicate. This is what Jameelah did so well!
