Great service, and a willingness to help

I phoned a couple of places today in search of a DSTV Explora deal. I dealt with unfriendly staff or receptionist that did not have a clue on the shop's products.<br> <br> DeonWired was totally different. Over the phone the receptionist was friendly and directed my to the right department fist time to Ryan who knew what he, and I was talking about.. At the shop Jacques immediately offered to help, and gave good advice. He also remembered that he was the one who sold me a PS4 beginning of the year. Great memory, great service-Thanks
