GoPro Pricematch

Went to buy the Gopro Action camera advertised for R2500 at your store.<br> Requested price match with same model advertised for R2000 at Sportsmans Warehouse. I checked that competitor had stock who confirmed 3 units at Tygervalley. <br> The sales person called her manager who phoned for a price match. <br> The Dion sales manager was unable to get price matched which I later found was due to her requesting a price on the discontinued Gopro 3 white edition. <br> <br> I phoned the same SMWH branch while in your store and was able to confirm stock. Your sales staff were just not interested.<br> <br> So after wasting almost half an hour I gave up and left.<br> <br> After leaving your store I phoned again and again confirmed stock. This is when I heard that your staff was requesting a price match on the discontinued Gopro 3 white edition.<br> <br> Poor attitude.<br> Poor product knowledge.<br> <br> In my opinion I am doing you a favour by allowing you to match the price of a competitor while your staff seem to be under the impression that they are reluctantly obliged to do me a favour.<br> <br> BTW. Same model available at Orange store for R1903.<br> <br> Only reason I went to your store was due to me wanting the camera today.
