Good customer service

I bought a food processor off the display shelf as it was the last one available. The sales assistant who sold it to us checked it and said that everything was fine. Upon purchasing it and taking it home we discovered that the bowl of the processor was badly cracked and unusable- contrary to what the assistant told us. We took it back to the store only to discover that the bowl was not covered by the stores guarantee. However, Dinesh took the processor in and sent it to the supplier. He then went out of his way to talk the supplier in order to ensure that the cracked bowl was replaced at no extra cost to me even though it wasn't covered by guarantee. A job well done to you Dinesh..i will definitely visit your store again because of great customer service from you.
