Gift card

Please do explain how can they not assist you with a lost gift card? Do you really want to tell me that there is no way that we can still us the gift card after it’s lost. My husband by accident through it away with the purchase slip of the Fnb card machine. We still have the purchase slip of the TV we brought with the Gift card order number. This is so sad that Dion wired can not help a customer. But looks like the only thing Dion wired cares about is the customers money, but doesn’t care if the customer loses in the proses.
