Fully paid but no delivery

Bought a sumsung fridge during the black friday sale and I was asked when do I want it to be delivered which I then said on the 1st of December.From the day of purchase ther was no communication between me and dion wide so on the 1st they called in the morning saying the fridge will be delivered at 1pm but 1pm came nd passed which I then called them and the lady I spoke to told me that the driver is saying he has to many deliveries of which he wont be able to deliver on that day but he will do so the following day!Then a minutes later she calls again saying that the driver says he will rather come on Monday which I did not like at all .I then asked to speak with the manager who then comes with another story saying his sorry dat his staff are afraid of telling the coustomers the truth about deliveries and that the fridge will be delivered on Tuesday!!!!im not happy at all with this should you have let me know I would have waited before I sold my old fridge now im running a loss because thrz no fridge and most of the things are getting rotten.And worse I suggested that I can come collect it which he said(manager)I would not be able to because its at their ware house!!!!!#ad jus so you kow sorry is not good enough especially when the other person is inconvenienced!!!!!!!
