FRUSTRATED, GIVEN THE RUN AROUND, ANGRY

The service or rather lack of, that I am getting from Dion Wired is appalling. I have heard no progress from them and the only feed back was when I called. I was then asked again what the problem with the device is when I had answered that question already. I feel like my time is being wasted and am regretting deeply ever dealing with them and my family and I will never set foot in their stores ever again.
