From Hero to Zero Dion Canal Walk-no customer service at all!!

I am fed up with Dion Wired Canal Walk’s poor customer service, the word customer service does not exist in their vocabulary. What baffles me more is the fact that this lack of service is from upwards (management level) which means that there is absolutely no hope for the rest of the team. I reported a Samsung 400ltr Fridge that was worth R10 000.00 faulty on the 18th February 2018 which I bought on their Black Friday sale in November 2017 marked down to R5000,00, it was only in February that I unpacked the fridge. I logged a call to the Samsung service centre on the same day, which they recorded and advised me to inform the store for the store to be the one who handles this matter. I called the store and the sales person took down my details (if he did) and promised to call Samsung on Monday the 19.02.2018. I was waiting for a call that week for feedback, called the store to be told that the person was on leave for family responsibility and that nothing was reported to Samsung, spoke to Burger who is a manager there this was now on Thursday the 22nd of Feb, he apologised very nicely and promised he would take care of the matter. There was no feedback from the manager also, worst part I would even send emails which would not be responded to after being read. Eventually Samsung came and assessed my fridge more than a month later 27nd March, the technician who assed my fridge concluded that I needed to get a new fridge from Dion due to manufacture fault. A month later which is to date I have not received any fridge from Dion, they never even bothered to inform me that Samsung had done the necessary on their side and sent them an email on the 20th April. Again I sent about two emails no response to find out as to when can I expect a delivery of my new fridge and that they pick up their faulty one…..no answer was speaking to the wall clearly!!!!!mind you my emails are read by both managers from the store Burger and Byron. I finally received that call from Burger telling me stories that they do not have my fridge in stock and if I am interested there are demos in Tygervalley, otherwise I would have to wait if I want the same fridge. Further to that in our conversation we agreed that another option could be that I go to the store to choose from what they have that is similar to my fridge worth the value of the fridge. He informed me that he won’t be on duty but Byron will be there to assist. I get to the store: Byron acts surprised to see me. Pretended to have no knowledge of my case (whilst he was copied in all the emails” and I had to reiterate myself from scratch. We get to the fridges he suggests that I can take a fridge that was wort R6000 some odd which was also marked down, after I told him that I will choose a fridge equivalent to the one I bought he changes his statement and says I must actually take a fridge worth R5000 which is what I paid for my fridge due to Black Friday. Now what irritated me most is the fact that he was contradicting himself, he called Burger who also turns now and says he never said I must go to their store for a similar fridge that I would like as a replacement insisting that he said I can go have look at demos in Tygervaley. Now I am expecting a replacement fridge from Dion and will not contact them again for that replacement. According to Chapter 2, Section 56 of the CPA I have the right for a replacement, repair or a full refund (full refund which what they were trying to convince me to take) I do not need a refund and want a fridge which is equivalent to the one I bought at no extra cost for I have incurred unbudgeted costs already over a period of 2 months without a fridge due to their incompetence and lack of interest in putting their customer first!!!!! Imagine Hello Peter I have a dummy fridge standing here since February which is useless.

Please intervene.
