Faulty unit replaced

Purchased a Power bank from Dion Wired Somerset West in Jan 2018. Just over a year later it started giving trouble. When I took it to Dion Wired they said that they couldn't do anything about it as it was about 2 weeks out of a year-long warranty. At the time of purchase, I was not made aware that the product would only last a year. After writing a review the matter on HelloPeter I was immediately contacted by their customer relations guy who asked me a few questions. He then undertook to refer the matter to someone else and promised to get back to me. A day later I was contacted by their head office to tell me that I could go to Somerset Mall and swop the old unit for a new one. This I did and they even gave me a one year warranty on the new unit. Most welcome service from a big organisation. Thank you Dion Wired.
