Faulty phone No refund after two repair attempts

They sold me a faulty phone and gave them two opportunities to repair it and they still couldnt. They still refused to give me a refund and manager Benji at the Grove mall branch is the worst and most *********** manager i have come across. I had to leave my phone because they refused to give me a refund. wanna take legal action.
