False and Incorrect advertising

On Saturday the 6th of February I visited the Dion Wired store in Tygervalley to purchase a Samsung Mirror Fridge I had seen on their website. The Fridge was advertised as having a Water dispenser on the website. I saw the fridge and on the fridge was the list of features. On the feature list the fridge was advertised as having a water dispenser. I searched the fridge and couldn't find the water dispenser. I then approached a Salesman and asked him to show me where the water dispenser was. (I later heard that this was the Sales Manager, Cheslynne) Cheslynne searched the fridge and also had no idea where to find the water dispenser. He then called another Salesman, Richard. Richard could also not find the fridges water dispenser. None of them had a clue as to what was going on. I explained to Richard and Cheslynne that I had driven all the way from Kuilsriver specifically to purchase the fridge, as this is how it was advertised on the Dion Wired website as well as on the actual list of features on the fridge. I have been a loyal customer to Dion Wired for 8 years. It is most disconcerting that they would advertise false and incorrect information and create such massive inconvenience
