False advertising on products
Great service from the person in the department.... Bad service from the manager of the store. I wanted to buy a screen protector for a cell phone. The protector had a price on \ suggested retail price of R 69"when I got to the till point the friendly lady rang up the sale and said R 200"

What happened is totally unacceptable and having a member of management involved makes it even more serious. It is embarrassing to get feedback such as this, as we ensure that our team members are trained and equipped with the knowledge to assist customers. I escalated the matter to the Regional manager who will contact you to discuss this matter.
