False Advertising of FIFA 18: Ronaldo Edition

I write this review as an extremely disappointed and frustrated customer. To the Dion Wired team, I am truly disappointed in the quality of service as well as the false advertising exhibited.

Myself and a friend of mine pre-ordered FIFA 18: Ronaldo Edition on the Dion Wired website which was advertised to be launched today (see attached snapshot of advert online). One of the key reasons for us purchasing this particular version of the game is because worldwide, this version (Ronaldo Edition) promised 3 days early access opposed to the release date of the standard edition, scheduled for 29th September 2017. We made contact with the biggest store in our city - Canal Walk Cape Town and the whole staff including the manager hadn't a clue as to the item we were even referring to let alone the delay in our pre-ordered game. We have paid more than anyone would for the standard edition of R999.00 but have not even been informed prior to launch day - being today, as to why we have not received our game. All other stores that launched this game today sold it and distributed it as promised except Dion Wired.

Why charge us more when we could have gladly bought the game cheaper elsewhere? What was the point of charging us for delivery if the 26th September 2017 has passed?

Absolutely shocking. False advertising combined with dismal service at it's finest. Kudos Dion Wired.
