False Adverti*****t and cheating customers

After searching for a stove and oven for weeks, I finally settled for a SMEG set advertised and promoted by Dion Wired as having what I really wanted in an oven - a rotisserie. Only after delivery and subsequent installation, was I bitterly disappointed to realise that I had been sold a lie - there is no rotisserie in the oven. I took up the matter of the falsely advertised product with the Dion Wired Boksburg (Branch manager called Griffiths). As if coning me by selling falsely marketed goods was not enough, Dion Wired saw it fit to insult me further by offering me a paltry R1000 (one thousand rand) as compensation for the inconvenience. Surely this cannot be right. My bill for remodeling my kitchen is closing in on R100k and these guys think they can compensate for completely messing up the centerpiece of that face-lift with a lousy R1000!!
