Failed online order and charged twice on my credit card

Please note that I placed an online order on the morning of the 2 November for an LG SH2 soundbar. Item was available to purchase. I added to my cart and proceeded to checkout. The order bombed out however I was charged twice on my credit card.

The credit card company gave me the details below: 131160 APV AU www.dionwired.co. N 1,559.00 131177 APV AU www.dionwired.co. N 1,559.00

On a seperate note, I am extremely unhappy with the online process, as the item showed available when I went to purchase, then it bombed out and charged me twice. I have called in three times to the customer line as was told the the item has since been sold out. I am still awaiting some detailed feedback to what happened as well as what will be done for this inconvience, as the item was available when I was purchasing.

I have also emailed customer service, and have received no feedback to date.
