Extended Warranty Agent Rude and unhelpful

<p>I bought a whirlpool hob at Dion wired 2years ago and took an extended warranty.</p> <p>Now the hob has a crack on one plate out of nowhere, nothing was dropped on the plate or anything like that. now that I call the extended warranty department game/ Dion wired on this number 0 ********** 83. I tell them that I have this problem what can I do? Instead of assisting me on what steps to take or what the process is the lady was rude and not being helpful and I just regretted the fact that I wasted my money taking out an extended warranty thinking that I am covering myself instead I threw the money.</p> <p>This extended warranty is useless and customers to them are not important they don’t want any claims to be done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Salesman - 120608</p> <p>Warranty contract number – ********** 206146</p>
