Extended warranty a ****

<p>I bought a Smeg dishwasher from Dion wired on 16/07/2013. I had the standard guarantee from Smeg and Dion wired salesperson was very eager to sell me the extended warranty from Dion wired. In the past 3 yeard this dishwasher has had numerous problems and been repaired by Smeg twice and once by Dion Wired's contractors every time after a huge batyke tonget anyone tonattend tonthe matter. Again my dishwasher is not letting any water in and I have been battling for a week now to just get hold of someone to assist. No one has even set up a callout. Everytime I call I literally hold for 15 min and only after I insisted on speaking to a manager today did I get someone to speakto and the lady just said someone would call me back. Still waiting.. this is apalling and I would never advise someone to waste theor money on an extended warranty.</p>
