Excellent Service at Dion Wired Greenstone

<p>Today I went to Dion Wired in Greenstone Mall to exchange my son's Doki watch as I had received a faulty device. Ready to take on the challenge of exchange and in all irritation, I approached a lady at the customer Service Desk, Molifu. I don't usually complete reviews, however I found this one worth mentioning. I was greeted with a friendly, understanding approach...yes there are other friendly, understanding staff I had met previously but Molifu took the time to actually find out what had happened, she listened to my concerns, contacted the Doki agent and tried her absolute best to get everything resolved. Once all sales assistance and replacement was completed, Molifu actually took the time to ensure the device was charged, the sim card was reading and the software and hardware was in proper working condition. She went beyond her means to ensure us that we can rely on the service provided. I will definitely make more purchases from Dion Wired but will ensure that I make use of the Greenstone Mall as I have the comfort in knowing that I will receive 110% customer satisfaction and support. </p>
