Excellent Service

I returned a printer that was not compatible with my iMac and was fortunate enough to deal with Greg. He dealt with the problem in a calm, helpful and very professional manner. The best of all was he took a decision to resolve the issue which is so enlightening in today's day and age. He didn't give me the normal story that they had to first check with their supplier and then get back to me. This guy put the customer first and got the problem resolved, what a breath of fresh air. This was the best service I have had in a long time, well done Greg, you have a very happy customer!!
