Endless promises and excuses, no delivery

Horrible service. Bought a defy freezer and was promised delivery the next day. 1 week later and no delivery as yet! The only reason i went ahead with the purchase was due to their promise to deliver the next day! I am also continuously being offered a demo model for the same price. Shocking!
