Dont trust Dion Wired online!!!!

I bought something a little while ago online. Said 3-7 working days. trying to get hold of support to tell me where the delivery is. emailed them and reach out to Facebook support. They pass me on to the online department. but 5 days later im still waiting! want to cancel my order but cant get hold of someone to do it! this is very very shocking. thought online shopping is suppose to be hassle free. If you want to be in the online market you need to support to!!! i want to cancel my order asap!!!! im going to the bank and file a complaint for *****!!!
