Dont support DionWired

Im busy renovating my kitchen and purchased a SMEG gas stove from DionWired as it was on a special offering. Now my kitchen is completed and when we opened the stove wrapping we notice that the ovens class door is broken. We got in touch with DionWired Nicolway and nobody wants to hear my story as they say it was bought 6 weeks ago. The stove is still in its original blue wrapping which shows the unit to be in a brand new condition but as per DionWired I broke the unit. This company lacks customer service. Please consumers, lets stand together and dont support this company or any Massmart companies. Our money is good enough but they are so money driven that they lost their humanity. PLEASE CONSUMERS, DONT BUY FROM MASSMARTS DIONWIRED.

DionWired gave me no choice but to replace the glass at my expense as they wont accept or even consider their responsibility. DONT SUPPORT DIONWIRED OR MASSMART. I will make sure that you loose at least 5 clients due to your customer service which is non existant. You know what they say "a happy client tells 1 person, an unhappy client tells 100".
