Don't Order Online Dion Wired

Pedestal fan ordered and paid on 28 Nov 2017 at 13:01:28 SAST. Delivery promise is 5-10 days! Today on 12 Dec 2017 still no delivery and no information about delivery. Plenty calls to the call centre were not answered. Emails to call centre without any reply. I ordered because of the delivery promise. Now money gone and no product or any kind of information. That's in my opinion breach of contract or even fraught. Don't order online at Dion Wired!!!
