Don't buy laptops here

<p>Not only does Dion Wired sell faulty stock, but they also have a terrible after-sales service policy. Dion Wired staff (Sam, Bongani and Bongani) have continually passed the buck, refused to assist me and forced me to take a huge blow in my business. </p> <p> </p> <p>Months later and my query has still not been resolved. It seems that once you've called a customer a few times and given them a bunch of excuses, you no longer do anything to help them. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am STILL waiting for feedback on my old HD so that I can retrieve my data (which you refuse to do). I am STILL waiting for your *********** staff to provide me with the settings needed to validate my laptop's version of Windows. </p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service from a bunch of people who should not be in customer service. I will make it my mission in life to tell every single person not to buy anything from your ridiculously pathetic company. You have breached your contract to me and I am livid!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Someone better start sorting this out soon or I am simply not going to make my payments anymore!</p> <p> </p>
