DOES DION WIRED HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM?

Unfortunately, I authorized a ********** transaction through my credit card. My credit card company, is not helping me, which I have reviewed here as well. I need the transaction to be reversed, before the goods are delivered to the *********, in order that I am not liable for payment. I have been in contact with DION WIRED, and provided them with much detail as possible. But, I have been told that they cannot trace the transaction, because they need an order number. The transaction is **********, and I do not have an order number. My only other option is to go on to the 702 radio station, to voice my frustration.
