Do not shop at this store

What a shocking experience I had at this store. I have always been a consumer that knows that mistakes happen and they are part of the consumer experience however it is also not the fault of the consumer that these mistakes happen. In short I went to this store to buy a Tom Tom Multi Sport Cardio Watch for my wife on her birthday. A sales person trying to close a sale and assist his client made a mistake & offered me their Demo watch on the floor for a reduced amount. When we agreed and had removed the watch from the demo stand and boxed it already he went to get the discount vouchers. He came back about 8 minutes later to say his manager will not allow him to sell the demo unit as they still have stock of the closed boxes which are R900 more expensive. I asked to speak to the manager and he said she can't come out she is on a call but that I cannot have the watch. I then demanded to speak to her, 10 minutes later the manager (Tayyibah Mahomed) came out. Long story short she was extremely rude, obnoxious and should not be allowed to deal with clients. If she is a reflection of Dion Wired's staff choose then Lord help them as she will do more harm to your brand than you can imagine.
