Dishonest Service and promises.

Purchased a fridge yesterday at your Cresta Branch. The chap Rodney said he had one in stock and will delivery today, Monday the 30th. This has not happend yet and its 6pm. I contacted the driver and he said he was still in fourways. this is after Rodney said to me at 2pm that the driver was in the store to collect my fridge. After collection he said there was one stop, Cradlestone mall and then me. The fact that an ******** sales person lies to the customer to keep him happy is unacceptable. Rather tell the truth so we can make other arrangements. I took off work and canceled 3 of my own customers to be here . Spoke to Debra at the store and she also said that its totally unacceptable but unfortunately its so late and everybody has gone home already. Its not everyday that I walk into a store and purchase something for R10 000 on the spot, but clearly I made the wrong decision to purchase something at Dion Wired. I would in future just go Past Tafelberg furnitures and get proper and trustful service and pay a little more.
