Disgusted with Dion Wired

I ordered and paid for a TV on 29 November. A week later I followed up progress to find that the order had been placed on hold. If I had done nothing I would still be waiting in vain with no communication from them. After the 3rd telephone call no one could tell me why it was on hold. I had no option but to cancel the order. I received confirmation that the order was cancelled on 11 December. To date (30 December) I have not been refunded. Numerous emails to every Dion Wired and Massmart address I can find elicit zero response. Who would want to do business with any Massmart store?

What kind of response is this? Where is his personal email address?
The details listed below their website are the very ones to whom I have sent numerous emails without response. Why should they now suddenly respond when they can see my past emails and havn't up to now? What a useless bunch.

Abdul clearly still has not bothered to read my problem. If he had he would have seen that order number *** was cancelled and that I am not waiting for delivery but for a refund and I still do not have an email address that will be responded to to which I can send anything.
So I will post my email address here in the hope that I can get a response that will answer my question which is "when can I expect my refund of R11 089.00" ***
