DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER

I bought a Samsung washing machine on 08 August 2018 for my grandmother. It was delivered a few days later. She used the machine for the very first time the following Saturday and we discovered the draining pipe has a small cut. I called Dion Wired Cresta and spoke to Gift. He asked for the model number of the machine which I did not have at the time as I wasn't at my grand's house. The following morning at 9am I called again and spoke to Tebogo and I e-mailed through all the information he asked for. He promised to call back before 10am and advise how we proceed. I called back around 4pm as I'd been waiting all day for his call only to find out that he had not contacted Samsung or escalated my issue with his manager. The after sales service at Dion Wired Cresta is very disappointing. I spent a lot of money on the washing machine to make my grand's life easier but it's instead it's causing us a lot of heartache.
