Discontinued products for sale!

I purchased a Jawbone Up product last week in Umhlanga for a Birthday gift only to discover when I am back in JHB that it is completely useless as Jawbone went out of business in 2017. How can you sell items which cannot be used? You are selling paperweights at R1500 each... I want a refund or replacement with a similar SUPPORTED product!
