Disappointment

Their after sales service sucks bog time, I bought an expensive iron and when we ran into issues they gave us the run around. No temporary iron while our iron was in for repairs and I burnt two work blouses of a faulty iron and not even a sorry or a voucher of some sorts to make up. Pathetic galore. Watch out if your appliances break that has been bought from them.
