Disappointed customer thought Dion was the best

I bought a tv Samsung Curved 49" which was on special last month...they checked it for us before leaving the store bt when we get home we switched on the tv but a black line appeared from nowhre..took the t.v. bek bt wre accused of damaging it..fyn we gave it back for them to fix it but it's been 3weeks now no word from them...
