Dionwired Pathetic service

My wife purchased a washer dryer combo from dionwired and we were literally pressured into taking a3 year extended warranty. In November 2018 my wasing machine stopped working. I called the ext warranty department and they logged a call and promise action within approximately 1 week it has been 2 months later and still no one has come to repair my machine. I have called to enquire 8 time already and I always promised action will be taken. I have spoken to Roshelle, Orleans and Ishmaeel and a few other *********** people at the extended warranty division. I am at my wits end as I do not find any joy with the extended warranty division. The warranty was purchased by my wife with ID ********** 064082
